Travel from Salt Lake to Ouray

We got on the road about 9:30 a.m. this morning.  I decided to go through Moab just to see it.  Big mistake.  Going through Moab on to Ouray took us through some of the worst roads we have been on.

We started out of Salt Lake City sitting in stopped traffic!  Yay, I love traffic.

This is the closest we have ever been to these spinwheel thingies so we took a picture!

Scenery was great as we came into Moab.

Ok, we are in Moab.  These rental made my mouth water but we had reservations in Ouray!

We couldn't figure this out at first.  This is actually an advertisement for a business on the other side of this huge rock.

Along here is where the road got bad and stayed bad for two hours!

About an hour in, we came to this little hole in the road.

These were taken as we got close to Ouray.  We like the scenery in this area better than any we have scene.
