Day 3 - Fun in Santa Fe!

We finally calmed down enough after the "wreck" to go have a little fun so we went to a wine festival at a historic site.

We had to pay $13.00 each for this little commenrative wine glass, even though we weren't planning on drinking any wine.

Here is Toni placing her wine glass into her pocket!

Here am I after sampling a few different wines and finally breaking down and actually buying a small amount!  When you sample some, they give you about a tablespoon.

Look closely and you can see Toni's wine glass, which she didn't need!



After I drank my little glass of wine, we were broke so we started looking at some of the historic stuff.  Can you say "free"?

Outdoor ovens in the court yard.

Since I was acting up, they decided to put me in this thing until I agreed to clean the oven.

So................here I am doing my pentance!

They said if I didn't behave myself, I would have to drag this cart all the way to Amarillo!

So, I was nice and posed with some local art.  But............I didn't like to take my sunglasses off for fear the law would recognize me.

After Toni conferred with one of the local ladies, we headed for familiar territory..............Wal Mart.
