We always take pictures for other folks and they are then glad to do the same for us. I have noticed that the young people are always willing to take our pictures! It may be that the folks our age are afraid of using someone else's camera. And.................I have a tendency to pick the young cuties to help us out! Go figure.
We asked one of the Rangers at the big gully if anyone was working to stop the erosion! We figure it will eventually cut the earth in half! They said they were going to just let it go.
We were amazed at the folks from other countries here. South Africa, Germany, Australia, England, Spain, New Zealand, and California. Everyone was really friendly except the folks from California.
It is quite a deep gully.
If you look closely, you can see some rapids in the Colorado River.

There was something out there that I was trying to spot with my binoculars. I think I was looking for the Seven Cities of Cibolo.
We could have riden one of these mules to the bottom but they were sort of stinky!
I am editing this from Las Vegas and so far we hate it here!! Way too hot and crowded!!
